You want it to be perfect but you don’t want to put in your efforts...... how you can expect idealism from others unless and until you are not giving it your 100%.
You want to earn money but you don’t want to work. This is how Dheerubai became a great entrepreneur, Mittal became a steel tycoon, and Narayran Murthy became the most admired CEO of the present bureaucrats? Even they would have never followed confines and restrictions of “Idealism” in corporate world but their achievements are justified for the pains and dedication they showed for their goals.
Generation next is often distracted by the glamour and haute couture. I am not in a mood to blame anyone or criticize the tactics being used by the officials these days to exploit a common man. It’s just about finding reasons why we are not among the developed nations and the chain of discussion leads to this very concerned issue of ruined working system.
It’s just the difference between realism and idealism that beats the activity of the structure. Idealism is what we have in our minds and realism is what we get to see as the outcome.
Our desire is high but we are paying less. Can we imagine getting a diamond at the price of a gemstone?
Even science says that idealism is just a concept, you can never achieve that. But aiming for this idealism can lead us to even better results that can help us to compete in this cut-throat aura.
Things will become acceptable if realize what we are doing and what has to be done. It’s just that if we start analyzing ourselves and are candid with our jobs, and then only we can find some hope of accomplishing idealism not complaining(as always) about each other.
